What is Anybook?
Anybook is online booking software for rental, tour and activity businesses. One account takes bookings by the night, the day, the time slot or the item, with payments, deposits, waivers, invoices and a daily manifest built in, for one flat monthly price and no commission on bookings.
How much does booking software cost?
Booking software for small rental and tour businesses usually costs $30 to $250 a month, and many platforms also take around 3% of every online booking. Anybook costs $39, $79 or $149 a month depending on how much you rent out, with every feature on every plan and no commission. Stripe's normal card fees apply either way.
Do I need a new website?
No. Anybook adds a booking widget to the website you already have, with one line of code. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and plain HTML.
Can you move my existing bookings over?
Yes. We import your bookings, guests and payments from your current system, check every price against the original, and run both side by side until you're happy to switch.
How do guest payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. Anybook takes nothing from your bookings: you pay your plan, and Stripe's normal card fees.
What if I rent out very different things?
That's what Anybook is for. Each thing you rent has its own booking type: nights, days, time slots or stock. One account can mix pontoon boats, kayaks and a sunset tour.
Is my data safe?
Every business's data is kept separate in the database itself, as well as in the app. Staff logins support two-step verification, every change is recorded, and backups run automatically.
Am I locked in?
No contracts: pay monthly and cancel anytime. Your data is yours, and you can export it whenever you like, or read it through the API.
