Add online booking to any website in a couple of minutes.
Anybook's booking widget goes on any website with one short piece of code: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify or plain HTML. Paste it where the booking form should appear, add your website to Anybook's allowed list, and guests book and pay without leaving your site. No website yet? Every business also gets a ready-made booking page.
Step 1: copy your widget code
<booking-widget business="your-business"></booking-widget>
<script src="https://app.anybookapp.com/widget/booking-widget.js" defer></script>
Copy your own code from Anybook: Settings → Online booking → Put the booking widget on your website. It has your business name in it instead of your-business, and any colors you chose.
Step 2: paste it into your website
WordPress
- Edit the page where bookings should appear.
- Add a Custom HTML block (click +, search for “Custom HTML”).
- Paste your widget code into the block.
- Click Update, then open the page to check the calendar shows.
Wix
- In the Wix Editor, click Add Elements (+), then Embed Code, then Embed HTML.
- Choose Code and paste your widget code.
- Click Update, then drag the box taller so the whole calendar fits.
- Publish the site and check the page.
Squarespace
- Edit the page and click Add Block (+), then choose Code.
- Paste your widget code and turn off Display Source.
- Save and publish. Squarespace only runs scripts in code blocks on plans that allow custom code.
Webflow
- In the Designer, open Add (+) and drag a Code Embed element onto the page.
- Paste your widget code and click Save & Close.
- Publish the site. Custom code needs a paid Webflow site plan.
Shopify
- Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize, and open the page or template.
- Add a section or block called Custom Liquid.
- Paste your widget code and click Save.
Any other website
- Open the page's HTML, or the website builder's “embed code” or “custom HTML” option.
- Paste your widget code where the booking form should appear.
- Save and publish.
Step 3: finish in Anybook
Then allow your website
In Anybook, go to Settings → Online booking and add your website's address under “Websites allowed to show the booking widget”. The widget only appears on websites you've listed, so nobody can copy your booking form onto theirs.
Match your colors
In the same settings box, pick the widget's main color and text color, and the code updates as you choose. Copy it again and replace the old code on your website.
No website? Use your booking page
Every business gets a ready-made booking page at app.anybookapp.com/book/your-business. Link to it from Instagram, Google, Facebook or an email, or put it on a QR code at your counter.
Keep your website fast
The whole widget is under 10 KB and shows your free dates as soon as it loads, so it won't slow your website down, even on a phone.
Questions, answered.
Does the booking widget slow down my website?
No. The whole widget is under 10 KB, loads after the rest of your page, and shows your free dates as soon as it opens.
Will the widget clash with my website's theme?
No. It is a self-contained web component with its own styles, so your theme's styles don't change it and it doesn't change your theme.
Can I use a link instead of putting the widget on my website?
Yes. Every business has a ready-made booking page at app.anybookapp.com/book/your-business that guests can open from any link, email or QR code.
Why doesn't the widget show on my website?
Check that your website's address is listed under Settings → Online booking → Websites allowed to show the booking widget, and that you pasted both lines of the code.
